Reservations guaranteed with a deposit equal to one night's lodging. Two-night minimum
stays may apply. Rooms subject to a 6% Maryland State and 8% Allegany County tax. For the comfort and safety of all our guests, smoking is not permitted in the house.

Policy Update:
No smoking is allowed in the house
Violation of this and any disposal of cigarette butts inside will result in an added charge of $250.00
Check-in Policy:
Check-in is between 4 and 6pm
Late arrival is available upon request
Checkout is 11am
Breakfast is served between 8:30 and 9:00am but we take requests if your schedule requires earlier

Cancellation Policy:
To secure a one night stay a visa or mastercard is required.
Our cancellation policy requires a ten day notice to avoid your room being charged.
To secure a two or more night stay, one night must be paid in advance and the same cancellation policy applies and the entire balance due will also be charged.
If we are able to rebook your room we will not charge for the balance and your deposit will be returned within 14 days.
